Hi, my name is Yoshi Tanaka

a Kitchen Manager of Masamune Sekisui South. I am a Japanese native and have over 10 years of culinary field and management in the Japanese food industry. As policy of our business, my responsibility is to extend cleanliness of the restaurant, quality of food, and satisfaction of our customers. In our extended menu, we offer a wide variety of food such as Sushi, Sashimi, Teriyaki, Tempura, Hibachi, and so forth, ranging from traditional to American-fused dishes. Also, our culinary team is so creative that some special dishes can be prepared upon your request to meet your satisfaction. This style is called "Omakase", literally meaning "leaving up to you, Chef." We are truly proud of ourselves serving fresh quality ingredients to every dish for our customers. We always strive to make your dining experience satisfactory every visit of yours. Please rely on us for your joy in food and service at our establishment on your daily and special occasions.

Pond is

a server and assistant manager at Masamune Sekisui South who's been with the restaurant since the beginning. Her biggest goal is to create a happy environment for both servers and guests.


April Roll Making Class

Looking for some fun experience for kids' summer school leisure, girls' night-out, pre-bachelorette party or family/friends gathering? We offer sushi classes. Its so much fun! In the class, you will learn how to make rolls such as california rolls and spicy crawfish rolls. We set everything up for you, including a cutting board, a bamboo roll, sushi rice, dry seaweed, and so forth. Our chefs will cut the rolls for you, so you can eat them afterwards or take some home with you. The best part is that you can keep the sushi kit! We take a small group from 10 up to a large group of 30 people. Feel free to contact us for the class arrangement or any further questions!
